Shekhawat distributes appointment letters to 236 youths in Jodhpur
Jodhpur: Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat attended an employment fair at the BSF Headquarters in Jodhpur. The event marked a significant step in empowering youth, with 71,000 appointment letters distributed across 45 locations nationwide. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, participating virtually, emphasised the importance of offering opportunities to the youth. In Jodhpur, 236 local youths received appointment letters for positions in various sectors, including BSF, CRPF, ITBP, SSB, CISF, Assam Rifles, Railways, Postal Department, SBI, and Canara Bank.
Shekhawat called it a ‘fortunate day’ for country, highlighting the initiative’s impact on youth empowerment. PM Modi, in his address, declared that India had entered a new phase, “Amrit Kaal,” and stressed the youth’s crucial role in the country’s transformation over the next 22 years.
