2 tigers from MP, 3 from Maha to roar in Ramgarh and Mukundra
Jaipur: The roar of tigers from Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra will echo across Rajasthan, with the forests of Ramgarh Vishdhari and Mukundra set to be populated by tigers from these two states. The efforts of CWLW Pawan Upadhyay are showing success, as Maharashtra will be sending three tigresses and MP’s Pench Tiger Reserve will contribute one tiger and one tigress to the translocation initiative.
Between Dec 19, 2024, and Nov 30, 2025, four tigresses and one tiger will be relocated. Two tigresses will be moved to Ramgarh Vishdhari, and one tiger along with two tigresses will be sent to Mukundra
