Jaipur: A speeding Thar vehicle ran over three people, including a mother and daughter, who were standing by the roadside on Thursday. All 3 died during treatment at hospital.

On Friday, the police detained the Thar driver and another person. SHO (Accident Police Station South) SC Bishnoi said that Deepmala (30), a resident of Bengali Kachhi Basti, Shipra Path, her daughter Arpita (3), and her relative’s son Rajveer (10) lost their lives. On Thursday around 11 a.m., Deepmala had taken both children to Shipra Path for a meal on Ashtami.

The three were standing near Swarn Path when the car hit them.
