Birla highlights Ram’s teachings
Kota: Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla attended the grand Shri Ram Katha Mahotsav at Maruti Nandan Ashram in Ranpur on Friday, where he emphasized the enduring relevance of Lord Ram’s life and teachings. Birla described Lord Ram as a symbol of ideals, sacrifice, and moral integrity, noting that the Ram Katha serves not only as a religious story but also as a guide for social transformation.
He underscored how Ram’s teachings promote respect and equality for all societal classes, encouraging the youth to draw inspiration from Ram’s unwavering resilience in the face of adversity. Birla urged the younger generation to embrace courage and patience as tools for overcoming life’s challenges while remaining true to their duties.
Later, Birla held a public meeting at his Kota camp office, where he engaged with citizens, heard their grievances, and directed officials to address their concerns.
