JAIPUR INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT SEES INCREASE IN FLYERS IN OCT

Jaipur: There has been an increase in the number of air passengers at Jaipur International Airport in October. About 40,000 air passengers have increased compared to the previous month. This has been the highest number of air passengers in a month in this financial year. The festivals are believed to be the reason behind this. In October, air passenger traffic started increasing on Navratri and Dussehra followed by Diwali. Besides, the beginning of the tourist season also increased passengers. Air travellers from Jaipur are also increasing. During October, on an average more than 12,000 passengers travelled from Jaipur Airport every day. Earlier in the month of Sept, this figure was only 11,000.
