CM invites US Ambassador to invest in state

Jaipur: Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma met with US Ambassador to India, Eric Garcetti, at the Chief Minister’s office on Monday. During the meeting, the Chief Minister extended an invitation to Garcetti and US investors to participate in the upcoming ‘Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Summit’ scheduled from December 9 to 11.

On this occasion, Sharma highlighted the immense potential for investment in renewable energy, mining, IT, and manufacturing sectors in the state.

He mentioned that Rajasthan ranks first in the country in solar and wind energy production. He further said that the state government is introducing a new tourism policy, which will provide multiple benefits to investors. Additionally, ongoing work is being done in skill development, IT, infrastructure modernization, and defense technology, offering abundant opportunities for investors in these sectors.

The Chief Minister also emphasised the importance of US partnerships and cooperation in various fields.
