Two units of KATPP shut, 1 to start today

Jhalawar: Kalisindh Thermal Power Plant suffered a major setback after both its units, which generated 1200 MW power, got shut down. CMD RK Sharma reached Jhalawar and inspected the unit and gave orders to start them soon. One unit is ready to start by today and engineers are working for this, while the second unit might start after 72 hours.

There is a shortage of coal in both the units and for this Sharma visited Chhattisgarh and one rake will reach Jhalawar soon.
