SI, broker in ACB net for taking Rs 15k bribe

Jodhpur: The ACB on Saturday arrested Sub Inspector Kesharam, in-charge of Lohawat police station and his broker Ranveer Singh (a private person) redhanded taking a bribe of Rs 15,000. The Jaipur Rural Unit of bureau took the action on the instructions of the HQs.

DG ACB BL Soni said that a complaint was given by the complainant to the Jaipur Rural Unit of the district that in lieu of redressal of the complaint against him, the accused demanded the bribe. The ACB Jaipur Rural Unit under the leadership of ASP Ahad Khan verified the complaint and laid a trap on Saturday. The bureau was in a hunt for accused.
