‘Budget will enhance Raj’s economic framework’
Jodhpur: Union Minister of Culture & Tourism, GS Shekhawat, engaged with journalists at his residence during his visit to Jodhpur. Speaking on the phone tapping controversy, he expressed confidence saying, “I believe everything is clear now, since the matter is subjudice it is up to the court to decide.” He emphasised that transparency has been achieved before people of Raj.
During his stay in Jodhpur, Shekhawat held a public hearing for residents from remote areas, attentively listening and assuring solutions. Shortly after, he outlined his upcoming travel plans from Jodhpur to Mumbai and then to Kochi.
Speaking exclusively to First India News during his Jodhpur tour, Shekhawat remarked on the budget presented under Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma’s leadership, noting its potential to strengthen Rajasthan’s economic framework. He highlighted the budget’s inclusivity across all sectors, predicting a transformative impact on Rajasthan’s economic landscape.
The Union Minister underscored that the budget reflects PM Narendra Modi’s visionary approach and asserted that decisions on developing night tourism in Jodhpur are within the purview of the Rajasthan government, promising deliberations based on government recommendations for tourism development in the region.
