Jinhwa: As BLITZERS, our primary goal is to charge into the global music scene with our unique sound. We strive to leave a profound impact and create lasting memories in the hearts of our listeners. Through our performances and music, we aim to forge a deep connection with our fans and share our passion for music with the world.
Wooju: Additionally, we want to unveil a more captivating and charming side to the world. By showcasing our individual talents and unique personalities, we believe we can make an impact on people's lives and inspire them to become part of the BLITZ.
Q: What are your earliest memories of K-pop, and where did it all begin for you?
Jinhwa: Personally, I first encountered hip-hop music before joining the company, which eventually led me to discover K-pop. Exploring various genres sparked my love for K-pop, motivating me to pursue it further.
Juhan: My earliest memories of K-pop date back to when I was young and discovered senior group BEAST, followed by BTS. Their performances and music inspired me to dream of becoming an idol and set me on the path of pursuing a career in K-pop.
Sya: I remember hearing "Sunset Glow" by Big Bang when I was around 7 years old. It was my parents who played it for me, and that song ignited my interest in K-pop, turning me into a lifelong fan.
Chris: My journey into K-pop began when I stumbled upon Big Bang on YouTube. However, it was during my auditions in Korea that I truly delved into the K-pop world. The energy and creativity of K-pop captivated me, and I knew it was something I wanted to be a part of.
Lutan: I distinctly recall watching the music video for Big Bang's "Fantastic Baby" in my school's computer lab. The vibrant visuals and powerful performances left an indelible impression on me.
Wooju: Truthfully, I wasn't well-versed in K-pop initially, but now I am constantly growing and honing my skills by listening to a wide range of K-pop songs. K-pop continues to be a significant influence in my life, as I discover new artists and songs that inspire me.
Q: If given the opportunity, which senior artist or group in the industry would you choose to have a meal with, and why?
Jinhwa: Personally, I would love to have a meal with Tae-min sunbaenim. As an idol, there is so much to learn from him, and I greatly admire his talent.
Juhan: For me, it would be MONSTA X sunbaenim! They are a senior group that I deeply admire, and sharing a meal together would provide an opportunity to connect and grow closer.
Sya: I would choose G-Dragon sunbaenim. Ever since I was young, I've drawn tremendous inspiration from him, and his influence still resonates strongly with me.
Chris: I would choose RM from BTS! I believe that if I were to share my innermost concerns with him, he could offer invaluable advice as a senior in both the industry and life. RM has always been an influential figure, and I would love to sit down for a meal and gain some wisdom from him.
Lutan: Seventeen sunbaenim! I thoroughly enjoy their performances and music, and there are countless things I would love to learn by conversing with them.
Wooju: I would choose George! Lately, I've been listening to George's songs a lot, and since my nickname is also George, I would relish the opportunity to share a meal with someone who shares my name and get to know each other better.
