Save Soil: Citizens shall raise voice to make govt form policies: Jaggi

Jaipur: Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, former CM Vasundhara Raje , and Ashok Parnami met Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev at Hotel Rambagh Palace late Friday on his Jaipur visit during the Save Soil campagin.

Meanwhile, earlier in the day, sharing concern on deteriorating soil health, Isha Foundation founder Sadhguru said that countries should make long-term policies to deal with the crisis. He said that food crisis is impending & efforts are needed to address the situation. He said that soil should have an average of 3 percent organic content. He told reporters that citizens should also put up their voices to make the govts form policies. A huge crowd reached JECC auditorium to listen to Sadhguru where agriculture minister Lal Chand Kataria, Ramesh Chand Meena, RHB Commissioner Pawan Arora were present. A MoU was also signed with state govt formulating farmer and soil policies in state.
