Raje gets emotional meeting kids with muscular dystrophy, assures all help

Jaipur: On Rare Disease Day, former CM and BJP national vice president Vasundhara Raje on Monday got emotional after meeting disabled children suffering from incurable disease Muscular Dystrophy. Before the Budget 2022, their parents also demanded for help.

The children along with their parents came to the official residence of Raje. The children also had pamphlets carrying their message, ‘We also want to live respectfully’.

When a child Piyush started crying, Raje moved his wheel chair and pampered him. She talked to Commissioner of Persons with Disability Gajanand, Sharma and RUHS VC, Dr. Sudhir Bhandari.

Parents are demanding Rs 15,000 per month from State government as Andhra Pradesh govt has provision.
