Police proves its mettle, manages arrangements during PM Modi’s visit

Jaipur: The Jaipur Police proved its mettle, once again, during Prime Minister Modi’s visit to Jaipur. The task was completed under the excellent monitoring of Commissioner Biju George Joseph. In fact, the police officers had taken charge of this meeting from September 22nd itself.

Additional Police Commissioner Kunwar Rashtradeep had made a special plan on how to control the VVIP movement and ensured that there should not be any jam in the city during the VVIP movement.

Additional Police Commissioner Rahul Prakash had made a plan for this. But the question remained: Who should be the camp commander? A consensus had to be made on this and thus, its command was handed over to DCP South Yogesh Goyal. DCP South was camping at the meeting venue for the last 4 days and there was excellent coordination between the police control room city and the traffic.
