Jaipur to have a New Master Plan; JDA issues tender for 2047 vision

Jaipur: In a significant move, the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) has issued a tender for the creation of a new Master Plan for Jaipur city. The deadline for tender submissions is August 5, 6 PM.

The new plan will cater to the city’s needs for the year 2047, with accompanying zonal plans. The total timeframe for completing the plan is two years.

The draft Master Plan, covering approximately 4000 square kilometers of the JDA region, will be prepared within one year and four months. The current plan spans around 3000 square kilometers, indicating a proposed expansion of 1000 square kilometers in the JDA region.
