Bonus order for govt employees released but with conditions
Jaipur: The finance department has issued the order for bonus for govt employees ahead of Diwali. CM had approved the decision, benefiting approximately 600,000 state employees. Following the decision, department issued the order. Employees with a pay level of L-12 or a grade pay of 4800 & below will receive an ad hoc bonus for fiscal year 2023-24.
The bonus calculation will be based on a maximum entitlement of Rs 7,000 & a 31-day month. Eligible employees can receive a maximum ad hoc bonus of Rs 6,774, with 75% of the amount disbursed in cash and 25% into the PF account.
