Shekhawat slams SDM for remark against Pali MP, asks DC for action

Jodhpur: After the controversial statement made by Bhopalgarh SDM of Jodhpur district regarding Pali MP PP Chaudhary in a programme, Union Jal Shakti Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat on Saturday lashed out at the SDM Hawai Singh Yadav in a meeting at the District Collectorate Auditorium and asked District Collector Himanshu Gupta to take action against Yadav, who said it was slip of the tongue.

Yadav had given a statement in a programme a few days ago about the former MP being more active than the current MP.

Shekhawat told the SDM that if there is this kind of attitude, then leave the job and start politics. At the same time, PP Chaudhary also expressed his strong displeasure about SDM’s statement.
