Jodhpur: The launch of the Rajasthan Premier League, to be held for the first time in the state, will be held at Barkatullah Khan Stadium in Jodhpur today. Governor Kalraj Mishra, CM Ashok Gehlot, & Assembly Speaker CP Joshi will be present in the grand opening ceremony.

Actress Jacqueline Fernandez and singer Kanika Kapoor will perform on the occasion.
RPL’s brand ambassador Kapil Dev also will be present. RCA President Vaibhav Gehlot finalised the preparations by taking a meeting of the RCA office bearers and the committee members constituted for RPL.

RCA has set up 21 committees to oversee event arrangements. Security has been tightened up. Police Commissioner Ravidutt Gaur & Collector Himanshu Gupta gave necessary directions to the officers.
