Union Min Shekhawat visits Shilpgram, calls for deliberation on ‘ One Nation, One Election’
Chittorgarh/Udaipur: During his visit to Chittorgarh, Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat spoke exclusively with First India. Referring to recent incidents in Parliament, he said, "Everyone has seen what happened in Parliament. Nothing could be worse than this.
The Parliament is the largest temple of democracy, a place to present one's views with decorum. However, speaking in such a manner is unacceptable." Speaking about One Nation, One Election Bill, the minister said, "It was already decided that this bill would be referred to GPC. The PM wants every intellectual in the country to deliberate on this bill." Shekhawat also visited Shilpgram fair in Udaipur and said that Rajashan has different traditions and everyone waits for this fair.
