Udpr: Min pays tribute to Meena, discusses tourism

Udaipur: Union Minister of Culture and Tourism, Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, arrived in Udaipur on Thursday night. After an overnight stay, Shekhawat visited Salumber on Friday to offer floral tributes at the residence of late MLA Amritlal Meena. Expressing his condolences, Shekhawat remarked that Meena’s sudden demise is an irreparable loss. He praised Meena for his unwavering commitment to social service and the welfare of the tribal community.

Shekhawat met with local representatives and party workers at Circuit House in Udaipur including Udaipur MP, Dr Mannalal Rawat, RS MP Chunnilal Garasia, Udaipur Rural MLA, Phool S Meena, Dy Mayor Paras Singhvi, and BJP City General Secy, GS Rathore.

Shekhawat unveiled a Sanskrit Bharati poster & discussed tourism with representatives of Hotel Association, who offered suggestions for enhancing regional tourism.
