Three Rajasthani seers lynched in C’garh’s Durg

Alwar: Three sadhus hailing from Rajasthan were beaten up by a mob on suspicion of being child abductors in Chhattisgarh’s Durg. The victims Rajbir Singh, Aman Singh and Shyam Singh are the residents of Ramwas locality of Govindgarh in Alwar district. As many as 30 persons were being questioned in connection with the incident that took place on Wednesday in Charoda town under Bhilai police station limits, said a senior official. The victims were seen speaking to some children at a Dussehra fair by some people, and suspecting them to be the members of some gang which abducts children, a mob beat up the trio. The three were living in the railway zone Charoda with rented accommodation for a long time. Police said that nothing suspicious have been found.
