Rathore raises several pressing issues
Nawalgarh/Jhunjhunu: Leader of Opposition Rajendra Rathore raised several pressing issues and voiced deep concern over the rising incidents of atrocities against women, highlighting a lack of safety for women and girls across the state.
At a press conference during Parivartan Yatra, he also spoke on electricity crisis, emphasizing that the government is purchasing expensive power from private companies while closing down its own thermal power plants. “This paradox has led to unannounced power cuts, causing inconvenience to the public, especially farmers,” he said.
Rathore alleged there was rampant corruption in the government while asserting that common citizens are forced to give commissions to Patwaris and other officials to get their work done.
