Priyanka Gandhi criticises BJP and urges people to vote wisely ahead of LS elections
Jalore: Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi who was in Jalore to support Congress candidate Vaibhav Gehlot, lashed out at BJP and spoke about voting wisely during the elections.
Talking about the various schemes of Congress, she said people should demand accountability from Modi. “Election time is a time of reckoning. Public might have been somewhat angry with the actions of the Gehlot govt and chose BJP, but the new government stopped all the schemes being run in public interest by the previous Congress govt,” she said. She appealed to the people to vote wisely on April 26. She said, “Nowadays a strange atmosphere is being created in polls in the country. The PM says strange things in his speeches. Recently, in a meeting in Rajasthan, he said about Baba Ramdev that he was born in Kashmir. Later, Priyanka reached SawaiMadhopur. She will be condcuting a road show in Alwar and will address a public meeting in Bandikui today.
Ex-CM Ashok Gehlot, while speaking about Priyanka, said that whatever she says is from her heart.
