Pregnant woman dies after blood transfusion; 2 critical

Neem Ka Thana: One pregnant women died while the health of two others deteriorated following a blood transfusion at Neem ka Thana District Hospital on Sunday night. The pregnant woman admitted to Janana Hospital died while receiving treatment. The second was admitted to a private hospital and gave birth to a dead child. Following this, family members filed a complaint with the higher authorities. According to sources, CMHO Dr. Bhupendra Singh and hospital PMO Dr. Kamal Singh Shekhawat arrived at the blood bank at 9 p.m. on Sunday night, seized all of the documents, and began an inquiry.

Notably, Maina Devi, Madhu , and Geeta Devi. were admitted in the district hospital and needed blood. The family brought blood from the Sita Blood Bank on Shahpura Road.
