Nathdwara/Udaipur: Union Minister Anurag Thakur offered prayers in Shrinathji Temple in Nathdwara, a significant centre of the Pushti Marg tradition, on Friday.
He offered prayers for nation and state’s prosperity. Thakur arrived in Nathdwara on Thursday night. After offering prayers at Shrinathji temple, Sudhakar Shastri, an official from Shri Krishna Bhandar welcome Thakur with an ‘Uparna’ and ‘Prasad.’ The Minister also talked to reporters and emphasised the achievements of Indian athletes through Khelo India Campaign. He hailed rural athletes who have excelled and brought medals for country, highlighting India’s remarkable performance with 26 medals, including 10 gold medals, in recent competitions.
In a separate press conference in Udaipur, Thakur targeted Rahul Gandhi & Cong govt in Raj. He accused Gandhi of undermining democracy & the Constitution.
