NIA raids 31 places in Raj, Hry; 1 arrested
New Delhi/Jaipur: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Wednesday conducted searches at 31 places in Haryana and Rajasthan in connection with the murder of Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi. Meanwhile, the NIA took action in Jhunjhunu’s Pilani on Wednesday and arrested illegal arms supplier Ashok while recovering 8 illegal weapons from accused. The accused had hidden weapons in the cattle shed in Jherli village. Notably, there is also a possibility of the arrested accused being linked to gang that supplied weapons in Gogamedi murder case. Over 30 cases of theft, embezzlement and robbery have been registered against the accused.
