Minister Dhariwal rides bike to reach Udiya basti in Kota
Kota: During the ‘Haath Se Haath Jodo’ campaign Padyatra on Friday, UDH Minister Shanti Dhariwal reached Udiya Basti of Ward No. 45 riding pillion on a bike of a local worker. He addressed the residents of the ward and informed them about the recruitment of 30,000 sweepers soon by the government and also about the food kits given under the budget announcement.
Dhariwal’s visit also proved to be a gift for 35-year-old divyang Arjun of Valmiki Basti of Ward No. 45. When Shanti Dhariwal and Amit Dhariwal heard about problems being faced by Arjun, the minister reached his home and instructed the officials to get Arjun’s Aadhaar card made and start pension. Arjun is the only son, his height is about 1.5 feet, widowed mother is working and taking care of him. Arjun’s Aadhar card couldn’t be made due to fingerprint impression, now process will be completed by taking impression of pupil of his eyes. Local Councillor Lalit Sharma has been assigned with this task.
