Influential Dotasra’s ‘power’ revealed in Congress Election Committee list!

New Delhi: In the formation of new Congress Election Committee, there are glimpses of influence of PCC Chief Govind Singh Dotasra in Congress Election Committee list. This is probably the first time in Rajasthan, when the PCC Chief got so much attention in the formation of the Election Committee. This means that Dotasra will have a big role in the selection of candidates and distribution of tickets to them.

Interestingly, owing to the preference given to Dotasra, it can be said that Congress High Command has given preference to the farming community.

Govind Singh Dotasara’s stature has also increased in this whole incident and he has been getting stronger in the last few days.

In fact, according to Dotasra’s ‘social engineering’ in the State Congress Election Committee, efforts have been made to take care of all sections as two female Ministers - Mamta Bhupesh and Shakuntala Rawat - were included and a total of 16 Ministers were included in the Election Committee.

Whereas, two Muslim leaders including Shale Mohammad and Zubair Khan were included in the poll panel list. Besides, five Jat leaders, four Gujjar leaders and four leaders from ST community have been included in the list of the members of Congress Election Committee.
