IAF MiG-21 aircraft crashes in Barmer, two pilots killed

Barmer: A MiG-21 ‘Bison’ aircraft of the Indian Air Force crashed in Rajasthan’s Barmer district Bhimda village around 9 pm on Friday under Baytu police station area. In the incident both the pilots were killed on the spot. District Collector Lok Bandhu Yadav, who was on the way to the spot, confirmed the death of two pilots in the incident adding that they are waiting for the further details from the air force. Senior officials from the air force and district administration reached the spot till reports last came in.
