Govt focusing on Wagad region's development: CM

Dungarpur: Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma during a district-level meeting at Gurukul Sansthan Auditorium in Dungarpur, stated that the State government is committed to achieving a Viksit Rajasthan. He urged officers and employees to work with dedication to provide essential services like electricity, water, medical care, and education to the public, directing strict action against negligent personnel.

He also emphasised the government’s efforts for the all-round development of the Wagad region and the need for quality completion of Public Works Department projects. Sharma called for effective prevention of seasonal diseases, ensuring the availability of medicines and staff at healthcare centers. He also directed the Irrigation Department to prepare a plan for adequate irrigation water and encouraged local industries to promote employment opportunities.
