Ex-MLA Awana, family booked for fraud of Rs 42 lakh with former staff

Uchhain (Bharatpur): A case of fraud has been registered against former MLA Joginder Singh Awana, wife Brijesh Awana and son and Pradhan Himanshu Awana.

The former MLA’s personal assistant - Atar Singh, a native of Uchhain, has got the case registered of fraud of Rs 42 lakhs. It has been said that two daughters were also deceived with government jobs while the victim spent lakhs of rupees on programs and when he asked for return of the money, the former MLA Awana allegedly refused and even accused of threatening to murder him and his family.
