Cong’s ‘Gaurav Yatra’ across Raj to mark 75th years of Independence

Sikar: On the occasion of 75th Independence Day, Cong leaders on Friday took out a Gaurav Yatra here. Senior Cong leaders including PCC Chief Govind Singh Dotasara, Minister Shankuntala Rawat, MLA Rajendra Pareek, Jiwan Khan, Sunita Githala and others were also present during the Gaurav Yatra. PCC Chief Govind Singh Dotasara said that today we remember those great men who made an important contribution to independence of the nation. “People sacrificed their lives to attain freedom for India. But today, it is unfortunate those sitting in power are misusing the constitutional institutions of the country. The reason behind Gaurav Yatra is to explain the importance of freedom to the youth,” said Dotasara.
