you watching?” CM also said, “Whoever becomes the Speaker of the Vidhansabha, is made by the party after much thinking. They are also eligible to become Ministers and CMs. What is his personality, his thinking, his ability. I attach great importance to Speaker’s post. We are in Udaipur & Udaipur is the city of CP Joshi. Struggling right from student life, he has reached here today. He was also State Congress President and a Minister at the Centre. He has his own experience in party and the govt. We are being benefited through his experiences.”
Describing the importance of digital platform, the CM said that digital era is revolutionary. “Now we all are becoming aware of it. When I was a Minister with PM Rajiv Gandhi 35 years ago, he had created missions. IT was started then. I am proud that when I became CM for first time, I started a scheme called ‘Lok Mitra.’ The more you move towards IT, the more you get benefitted.”
