Birla honored by Kota community, promises to elevate devp efforts

It is because of your blessings that I have received another significant responsibility. Every moment of my life is dedicated to serving this family. Although I reside in Delhi due to constitutional responsibilities, my heart is always in Kota-Bundi. It is my duty to fulfill the hopes and aspirations that the divine people have placed in me. Together, we will elevate development in the parliamentary area to new heights and work to transform the lives of every common person," said Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla during his address at a felicitation ceremony organized by the Kota Grains and Seeds Merchant Association at the Bhamashah Mandi.

On Saturday, the Bhamashah Mandi, one of the largest markets in the country, was vibrant with affection and enthusiasm. More than 300 organizations and institutions across the city had set up a grand welcome for the Speaker of the Lok Sabha and their son and brother. For an hour, Birla was warmly welcomed with flower showers along a 2-kilometer stretch from the main gate to the event site.
