Automated TDR process introduced: Samariya
Ajmer: Rajasthan Finance Minister Diya Kumari presented the full-time budget on Wednesday in which exemption in registry-stamp duty has been announced. Ajmer-based Registration and Stamp Department Inspector General Peeyush Samariya said that announcement of giving full exemption in registration fee has been made in the budget.
“Taking steps towards reducing congestion in areas with high population load in cities, complete exemption of stamp duty has been announced along with automating the process of Transferable Development Rights (TDR). Similarly, exemption in full registration fee has been announced. Many simplifications have been made in registration and stamp, which will benefit people a lot. This is a good message given among the public,” he said.
At the same time, many more innovations are to be done in the dept, in which side inspection will be a big innovation in which Patwari and Gram Vikas Adhikari will also be given power to do site inspection. Along with this, many more things are being updated in the e-registration portal run by dept, which will provide more facilities to the people. This will provide people with the benefits of registration, knowing the value of their property and many other benefits and this system will be implemented among the general public as soon as possible.
