Surat: PARK360, an emerging startup specialising in Smart Parking and Authorization Solutions, has recently received widespread recognition and praise for its state-of-the-art access control services. The commendation stems from the company's successful deployment of cutting-edge access control solutions at the G20 Leaders Summit, held in New Delhi from September 9 to September 10.

PARK360 played a pivotal role in providing access control and vehicle authorisation for all participants of the G20 Leaders Summit, impressing delegates, government officials, and security agencies with its efficient and dependable management of the entire access control system.

Launched in 2021 under the brand name myCiti 360 Technology Services Pvt Ltd, PARK360 underwent a strategic transformation in 2022. Recognising the pressing need for integrated parking and authorisation solutions, the company refocused its efforts and rebranded itself as PARK360.

He revealed, "During what was supposed to be the final demo, we received last-minute instructions to display visitors' faces on dual-side screens at every entry/exit lane after QR code scanning. We had just one week to fulfill this requirement. We designed and tested the new solution within that tight time-frame and received approval from all the responsible agencies in the subsequent demo."

The G20 Leaders Summit presented unique access control challenges due to the convergence of over 30 heads of state and international leaders in a single location. It was a historic event as the first G20 summit was held in Southeast Asia, including India.

Sanchit further explained, "Managing authorisation and access control for such a large gathering of foreign leaders and VVIPs was a monumental responsibility. Our team along with our partners involved in this aspect of the event worked tirelessly to develop a solution that could meet these exceptional demands."

Throughout the G20 Leaders Summit at Pragati Maidan, PARK360's system efficiently facilitated the authorisation of all arrivals through the main gate. Security agencies were stationed at the main entrance, while PARK360 personnel operated from zonal and central command centers. The system was designed to be user-friendly, offering real-time reports and adhering to stringent authorisation protocols, greatly assisting all security agencies involved.
