Ridhima Dua, the Founder and Director of iFlame consulting, is a certified NLP and New Code NLP Trainer, Transformation Coach, and Keynote Speaker. She is recognized as the first Indian woman certified member of the International Trainers Academy (ITCA), London, and has received numerous accolades, including the "101 Most Fabulous Training & Development Leaders" by the World HRD Congress in 2020.
