Dr Anil Kumar attends the 10th Historical BRICS Business Forum
The historical 15th BRICS Summit is going to end on 24th August, this is the first in-person summit of the BRICS countries, which includes Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa, since 2019. In this 3-day long summit, many meetings and events focused on the futuristic approach of institutional development and inclusive cooperation growth. One of the most important events of this summit was the BRICS Business Forum, it was also important because it has been a decade now since it was made. To make its 10th anniversary memorable, this time the organisation invited some well-known and highly-reputed businessmen from around the world. The icing on the cake is that Indian Entrepreneur and philanthropist Dr Anil Kumar who is the CEO and chairman of the Ankita Group of Companies was also a part of the fruitful event.
Celebrating its 10th anniversary BRICS Business Forum also invited leaders of several new countries to share the grand stage with member countries. Where leaders share their valuable insights about economic and social growth. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi also addressed the onlookers on various business developments that happened in India in the last decade. The PM specifically mentioned the new rules and regulations related to business which improve the business and investment structure in India and attract the investors globally.
To be a part of this event Dr. Anil Kumar feels delighted, he shared his experience with joy “From the beginning I have been very thrilled to join the BRICS Business Forum. The moment made me very happy, it was an honour to sit in the room with such great leaders.” He also praised the new India business model saying, “Implementation of insolvency and introduction of GST attracts the foreign investors to our country India. From the past few years, the nation has continuously made rapid growth in the ease of doing business index which also has also assisted our economy in growing swiftly.”
Dr Anil Kumar, an entrepreneur with 30 years of experience in the field, has overcome many challenges and broke numerous traditional expectations. He is the admired Chairman and CEO of Ankita Group of Companies. The company specialises in the production, export and import of a wide range of agricultural, health and food products, contributing to significant progress in these fields. His extensive education, which includes an MBA, Masters and PhD in Management from KEISIE International University, South Korea, has undoubtedly contributed to the remarkable growth of the company.
The company expands globally and grows, its agri-food products reach people in various countries and continents, including Africa, the United States, the Middle East, Asia, Europe, Russia and other countries. Dr Anil Kumar shared, “As the owner of Ankita Overseas, I want to be the largest exporter of organic products in the international market. I am sure that day will come soon.” In the beginning, the company focused only on pharmaceuticals, but in 2004 Dr Anil Kumar used his affirmative market insights and started Ankita Overseas, which is the agricultural division of Ankita Groups.
Apart from Entrepreneurship Dr Anil Kumar also loves Philanthropy. He constituted a charitable organisation (Maheshwar Laxmi Memorial Foundation) for the upliftment of the minorities and underprivileged sections of society. Through this NGO he provides education for deprived children, organises samuhik vivah for poor families, does charity for war widows, and conducts health camps in slum areas.
