The Double Whammy entailed the Launch of Nitrro Fitness academy, by Soniya Davkhare and Dr Rahul Vijay Pendse and the unveiling of a book titled 'The Nitro Fitness Academy Certified Personal Trainer Manual'. With 12 centers, Nitrro Fitness has revolutionized the fitness industry by offering ultra-premium facilities. The vibrant, young entrepreneur Prabodh Vasant Davkhare, felt the need to encourage 'Fitness for ALL'. He believes that every individual deserves to keep themselves fit and healthy.

"The Zone 360°" concept was launched on 26th January 2019 ushering in a new era in fitness at Vashi, Navi Mumbai, soon followed by the second center in Balewadi, Pune. Actors Sohail Khan and Neil Nitin Mukesh launched 'The zone 360 by Nitro Fitness, Bandra, owned by Sahil Pradhan and Prabodh Vasant Dhananjay Munde.

Combining serious fitness in a fun atmosphere, The Zone 360° is a pocket-friendly and luxurious fitness center equipped with the latest series of American Brands in Cardio, Strength Training, and Free weights with a Group Exercise studio offering classes in Yoga, Kick Boxing, Zumba, Functional Training, TRX (Suspension Training), Core Strength, Circuit Training, Bollywood Dance & much more. The new era of fitness is now in Bandra which offers a 24 hours service and multiple fitness options under one roof to power the members through to their wellness goals. True to its name, it provides a 360° approach to fitness, in an open facility giving a 360° view of the ever-vibrant linking road shopping area. The gym is fitted with equipment from Life Fitness, Hammer Strength, Club line series, Free motion and Hoist cardio and strength machines, and free weights from Hoist up to 100 kgs.

Sahil Pradhan, the young dynamic entrepreneur, and director of SP Realty brings with him great experience in planning the infrastructure for projects. An avid sportsperson, playing football throughout his growing years, Sahil has found a great way to pursue his passion for fitness through this venture “When I started building complexes, I realized that these were not accessible to other public except residents. Fitness enthusiasts were on the lookout for facilities that can be easily assessable and at their preferred time. The concept of a 24 hours facility with safe and scientific equipment is the need of the hour which led me to grow the franchise business of Zone 360° brand, and set up this facility”.
