‘Yoga is biggest medium of self development’
Jaipur: A felicitation ceremony was organized on the occasion of Yoga Mahotsav 2023 in Jaipur. Governor Kalraj Mishra was the chief guest at the programme organized by the Municipal Corporation. He called upon the people to promote yoga.
Mishra said that yoga is the biggest medium of self-development. “It leads us to a healthy body and a healthy mind. In the era of materialism, yoga is very useful for mental peace and satisfaction. The governor said that if a man adopts yoga, he gets connected with the festivity of life with the feelings of positivity,” he said.
Governor Kalraj Mishra encouraged the promotion of yoga in schools and colleges. He appreciated the ‘Har Aangan Yoga, Har Ghar Nirog’ programme.
