Work on golf courses, eco-adventure, MICE centres will boost tourism in State: Rathore
Jaipur: Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation President Dharmendra Rathore said on Thursday that the RTDC management is working on a war footing towards the implementation of budget announcements related to tourism development.
Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation (RTDC) Chairman Dharmendra Rathore while presiding over the meeting of RTDC Management at the office located at Paryatan Bhawan said that special tourism services are being made available to the tourists while continuously expanding the tourism facilities in the state.
The RTDC chairman said that in compliance with the announcement of construction of Dhola Maru Tourist Complex for the promotion of tourism, the work of marking the land has been completed and the department has prepared the DPR for the development of the complex.
Rathore said that to promote golf tourism in the State, EOI has been issued by RTDC for golf courses to be built in Udaipur, Jodhpur, Ajmer-Pushkar, Mount Abu and Alwar in the budget of 2023-24. Another EOI was also issued for setting up MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Conference, Exhibition) centres in Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur and Ajmer.
