Will make Raj No.1 in Sports by 2030: CM
Jaipur: CM Ashok Gehlot during the block level sports competition organised under the Rajiv Gandhi Rural and Urban Olympics-2023 at Mundia Ramsar on Thursday. said that through the Rajiv Gandhi Rural and Urban Olympic Games, the sporting talents of villages are also getting a chance to come forward. “The players who excel in these competitions will be prepared for international competitions by giving them high level training. Youth and sports are among the main priorities of state government. It is our vision to make Rajasthan No.1 state in all fields including sports by the year 2030. Masses should come forward and give suggestions for vision document for the year 2030,” Gehlot said.
About 60 lakh players of all age groups have registered in the Rajiv Gandhi Olympics this time including 25 lakh women players. A positive atmosphere is being created towards sports in the State and a new sports culture is being developed,” CM Gehlot said.
