Voter gender ratio rises in State, says CEO Gupta
Jaipur: The effect of the addition of more than 5.68 lakh women voters since last time was that the voter gender ratio has increased significantly in the state. Chief Electoral Officer Praveen Gupta gave this information in the press conference held on Wednesday regarding the completion of the voter list.
Till the date of last publication, a total of 5 crore 26 lakh 80 thousand 545 voters are registered in the State. Of these, 2 crore 73 lakh 58 thousand 627 male voters and 2 crore 51 lakh 79 thousand 422 female voters were included. A call has been made to all political parties to appoint BLA.
To increase the registration of these sections, special camps were organized and they were added to the voter list.
