Jaipur: DGP Umesh Mishra on Wednesday said best and updated training is very important to face the latest challenges arising before the police. He also expressed the need for special training for effective prevention of cyber and economic crimes.
Addressing the concluding session of a workshop on best practices and training system of police training, he stressed on adopting the best police training practices not only of the country but also of world. “Continuous training of police personnel plays an important role in effective and prompt policing,” Mishra said.
DGP Training Janga Sriniwas Rao said that along with prevention of crime by adopting proactive methods, proper training is necessary regarding the arrest of criminals with the latest technology.
