Two-day remand for Sushil Gurjar, 2 others; Gurjar alleges conspiracy
Jaipur: In a case related to taking bribe in lieu of issuing lease in JMC Heritage, Mayor Munesh Gurjar’s husband, Sushil Gurjar, Dalal Narayan Singh and Anil Dubey, the court sent all the three accused to two days in remand on Saturday. ACB sought three days’ remand.
Advocate Deepak Chauhan opposing the remand said, “Complainant Sudhanshu has nothing to do with the files and the accused have been implicated with political malice.” Judge Surendra Kumar ordered them to be produced in the ACB court on August 7.
Sushil Gurjar told the media outside the court that a conspiracy has been going on ever since Munesh Gurjar became Mayor. “Manoj Mudgal wants to become Deputy mayor using any means. Big politicians are involved in this conspiracy and my and my wife’s life is in danger as the conspirators can stoop to any level. My plot was sold in Vaishali Nagar and Rs 49 lakh was kept at house. I also presented its documents in the court. I hope there will be a fair probe and I will get justice,” he said.
