Tiger ST 24 sighted after 63 days in Jamwaramgarh

Jaipur: At last, after a long gap of about 63 days, Tiger ST 24 was sighted drinking water in the camera trap on Monday night. In these 63 days, the pugmarks of ST 24 were visible, however even after installing more than five dozen camera traps in Ajabgarh, Raiser, Jamwaramgarh and the regional range, the tiger could not be traced. Last night, Tiger ST 24 appeared in the camera trap at Mangal Baba water point near Jhol Naka in Jamwaramgarh range. ST 24 was last traced on August 24, near the hills of Sau in the Jamwaramgarh range. The tiger hunted here and for the next fortnight, its footprints were visible around the hill of Sau, Sarjoli, Jhol, and Deodha Dungar. The tiger then moved up to Gorath in the Raiser range in early September.
