State Budget to be passed today, CM to unveil new plans

Jaipur: The State Budget will be passed in the Assembly today. Prior to this, there will be a discussion on the Finance and Appropriation Bill, which will be addressed by Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma. The Chief Minister is expected to make additional new announcements while responding to the discussion and furthering the budget declarations. On July 10, Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari presented the state budget as the Finance Minister.

For the past 12 days, the Assembly has been engaged in discussions on the budget and grant demands. On July 16, Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari responded to the budget discussion and made several new announcements.

It is anticipated that the CM will unveil more new initiatives today and counter the questions raised by the Opposition.
