Soil from more than 50 holy places of State
Jaipur: It is a matter of pride for Rajasthanis that ‘raj kan’ from more than 50 temples, monasteries, ashrams & pilgrimage areas of Rajasthan has been poured into foundation of Ram Temple.
Apart from the famous Shri Radhagovind Dev Ji Temple and Motidungari Ganesh Temple, soil from Tapobhoomi Galata Teerth, Haldighati, Chittorgarh, Mehndipur Balaji, Trinetra Ganesh and Diggi Kalyan Ji has been used in preparing the foundation.
The soil of Rajasthan, world famous in history for the devotion of Meera and bravery of Maharana Pratap, will now be remembered for its contribution in strengthening the foundation of Ramlalla’s temple in Ayodhya.
Soil has been collected from Moti Dungri Ganeshji, Govind Devji, Galta Peeth, Ghat ke Balaji, Shilamata, Jhulelal Temple Amrapur, Shri Tadkeshwar Mahadev Temple, Triveni Dham, Shakambhari Mata Sambhar, Jwala Mata Temple Jobner, Veer Hanuman Temple Samod, Panchkhand Peeth Viratnagar, Khatushyam, Revasa Peeth, Jeenmata Temple from Sikar, Salasar Balaji, Dadrewa Dham Rajgarh from Churu, Rani Sati Temple from Jhunjhunu, Surya Temple Lohargal, Shakambhari Mata Temple Udaipurwati, Bhartrihari Dham Pandupol, Madan Mohan Ji Temple and Kaila Mata.
