Silver crosses Rs 1 lakh per kg for the first time in Jaipur market

Jaipur: Due to safe investment options and better returns, the upward trend in gold and silver prices continues. On Monday evening, spot silver prices crossed the historical magical figure of Rs 1 lakh per kg and silver prices reached Rs 1 lakh 600 per kg. Along with silver, gold also shone and gold prices also reached Rs 80,400 per ten grams. According to the official rates released by Jaipur Sarafa Committee on Monday morning, silver prices opened at Rs 99,800 per kg with an increase of Rs 1,300 per kg compared to Saturday, while there was no change in gold prices from Saturday’s Rs 80,000 per ten grams. In the evening, the effect of the improvement in gold and silver prices in the international markets was also seen on the local bullion market.

Regarding the rise in the prices of gold and silver, Jaipur Sarafa Committee Gen Secy Matadin Soni believes that the prices of gold and silver may remain bullish for the next two-three days.
