RSSB cancels CHO exam after SOG submits report of paper leak

Jaipur: The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board has canceled the Community Health Officer (CHO) recruitment examination, which was organised on Feb 19 last year in three Jaipur, Ajmer and Kota districts.

About 1 lakh candidates had appeared in it. The paper was leaked on social media even before the exam started on February 19. After this, Rajasthan Staff Selection Board had got the recruitment exam paper leak case investigated by SOG. After the SOG report came, now the board has canceled the recruitment examination. It has been decided to conduct the examination again on March 3 next year.

“Investigation regarding the recruitment examination was going on for a long time. Based on its report, the board has decided to cancel the recruitment examination and conduct a fresh paper so that no candidate’s future is played with,” said Board Chairman Alok Raj. Actually, the exam was to start at 10 am on February 19 but the paper was leaked on the social media at 7 am itself. Many candidates shared the viral paper among themselves at 7 am. After this, the unemployed had raised the demand for cancellation of exam.
