Renovation works at Jpr Jn, passengers facing the brunt
Jaipur: Redevelopment work at Jaipur station is causing inconvenience to passengers. Due to girder launching work on platforms 3/4 and 4/5, running of trains have been affected. Some trains have been partially cancelled for one day. Train number 12956, Jaipur-Mumbai Central, was operated from Durgapura instead of Jaipur station on Saturday. Train number 12991, Udaipur CityJaipur, was operated from Kanakpura instead of Jaipur station on Saturday.
Train number 12992, Jaipur-Udaipur City, was also operated from Kanakpura instead of Jaipur station today. Passengers had to face inconvenience due to no train operations from Jaipur station. The longer distance has led to additional costs for travelers. Passengers traveling from Kanakpura station are having to bear extra expenses. The railway had previously issued a notice about the partial cancellation of trains on Dec 20- 21 due to redevelopment work at Jaipur statio
